The NBPS March Experience welcomes international students with a range of English-language abilities. Fluency is not required, but participants should be able to understand basic instructions, participate in simple conversations, and communicate their needs.

Section 7 - Permissions and Agreements
I give permission for my child to participate in all supervised activities associated with the NBPS March Experience (March 5–19, 2027), including on-campus programming, athletic and performing arts activities where applicable, off-campus excursions, field trips, and school-arranged transportation. This permission also includes residential activities, if applicable, and reasonable changes to the program schedule. I understand that participation may involve inherent risks and that my child is expected to follow all school rules and staff instructions. I agree to provide accurate medical and emergency contact information and disclose any relevant health concerns or restrictions. In the event of an emergency, I authorize NBPS to arrange appropriate medical care if I cannot be reached.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All registrations for the NBPS March Experience are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for participant cancellations, withdrawals, absences, or early departures, regardless of the reason. In the event that North Broward Preparatory School cancels an intensive, families will receive a full refund of all program fees paid to the school for that intensive.
I have read this Enrollment Permissions and Agreement, and acknowledge its terms and conditions. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT THE SCHOOL’S STANDARDS OF CONDUCT/HONOR CODE IS IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT DURING THE ENTIRE EVENT
